Grilled Italian Sausage with Peppers Recipe

Italian sausage has so much delicious flavor on its own, that the simple grilled peppers are the perfect accompaniment.

Ingredients
2 yellow peppers, seeded and sliced
2 red peppers, seeded and sliced
1/4 C. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 C. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. Italian sausage links, cut lengthwise
