This scalloped potatoes recipe is simple and cheap. I made this recipe up one day when we were cooking on the grill. Everyone really enjoyed it!

Ingredients
1 sm. potato, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 sm. green or red pepper, sliced
1 Tbs. butter
1 dash salt and pepper
2 Tbs. shredded cheese
