Grilled Vidalia Onion Soup Recipe

Vidalia Onions cooked on the grill, sealed in foil. Just like French onion soup, without the bother!

4 large Vidalia onions
4 Tbs. butter
4 cubes beef bouillon
12 ice cubes
4 Tbs. dry sherry
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
4 slices provolone cheese
