Grilled Bacon and Onion Skewers Recipe

These sweet onion wedges are wrapped in bacon and marinated in a brown sugar and molasses mixture before grilling.

2 large sweet onions, cut in wedges
8 thick hickory-smoked bacon slices, cut in half
2 Tbs. light brown sugar
2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs. molasses
long wooden skewers
