Grilled Herb Garlic Bread Recipe

2 sticks (1 C.) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs. kosher salt
1/2 C. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 large round loaves of crusty bread, halved horizontally
