Caribbean Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, skin on, bone in
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 2 fresh limes or 1 lemon
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1/4 C. finely diced bacon
1/2 C. finely chopped onion
1/2 C. thinly sliced green bell pepper strips
1/2 C. finely chopped celery
2 C. diced canned tomatoes and their juices
1 C. chicken stock
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
