Buffalo Burgers Recipe

These juicy burgers get even better when they’re topped with our delicious hot and spicy sauce and crumbled blue cheese.

Ingredients

* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
* 1/2 tsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce
* 1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese or 4 slices blue cheese
* 4 Pepperidge Farm® Classic Hamburger Buns, split
* Lettuce leaves, red onion slices, tomato slices (optional)

Directions

Shape the beef into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) burgers. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.

Grill the burgers for 10 minutes for medium or to desired doneness, turning the burgers over once halfway through grilling.

Portobello Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/4 C. vegetable broth
* 2 Tbs. olive oil
* 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
* 4 med. portobello mushrooms, stems removed
* 1 lemon
* 1/3 C. mayonnaise
* 1 small green onion, trimmed and minced
* 4 lg. buns
* 1 bunch arugula, trimmed

Directions

In glass baking dish, mix broth, oil, vinegar, thyme, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.  Add mushrooms, turning to coat.  Let stand, turning occasionally, 30 minutes.

* 1 lb. extra firm tofu, drained and crumbled
* 3 Tbs. soy sauce (Nama Shoyu is the best)
* 3/4 C. seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 egg, slightly beaten
* 3/4 C. potato, boiled, and coarsely mashed
* 1/4 C. low fat parmesan cheese
* 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
* 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
* 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
* 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp. sea salt or to taste
* canola or olive oil

Italian Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 C bread crumbs
1 Tblsp italian seasoning
1 tsp worcestshire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lg clove of garlic, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Form into patties. Grill until cooked through.

Burstin’ with Flavor Burgers Recipe

I was tired of the same old burger so I kind of came up with this recipe. Now when we have our yearly BBQ for 80, this is a big hit and everyone asks for seconds. I usually make around 60 burgers and there are none left!

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (the leanest you can find – I use 4% fat)
4 Tbs. bbq sauce
1/2 red onion, grated
3 grinds black pepper
1 pinch salt

Directions

Preheat grill on high.

Mix together all ingredients. Score meat to make 4 even patties. Form patties, making a well in the center of the burger (this way when they cook and plump up, the burger will be uniformed).

Grilled Burgers Latino Recipe

In the mood for some juicy burgers? Make it Latino style! Add some ground cumin and cinnamon to your meat mixture along with tons of great ingredients.

Ingredients

6 strips of bacon
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbs. chopped onions
1 fresh green chili pepper, seeded, chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 pkg. hamburger bun
Directions

Cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon and mix with ground beef, onion, green chili peppers, garlic, cumin and cinnamon. Divide into patties and grill to an internal temperature of 160 degrees (well-done). Serve with sliced avocado and sliced tomato over hamburger buns.
