Salad of Peppers Recipe

Grilling the peppers is what makes this salad so delicious! The tomato and garlic are great complementary tastes!

Ingredients
* 10 banana peppers
* 1 sm. can tomato sauce
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 fresh tomato
* garlic, chopped
* 1 Tbs. vinegar
* 3 Tbs. oil
Directions
Place peppers on barbecue and roast or broil. Peel skins. Cut fresh tomato in small pieces. Add to tomato sauce, oil, chopped garlic and simmer until tomato pieces are tender. Cut up peppers and add to sauce. Simmer for 3 more minutes. Chill and serve as salad.
