All-American Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
* 2 Tbs. ketchup
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 tsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tsp. steak sauce
* 1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
* 1 lb. ground beef
* 4 slices process American cheese
* 4 hamburger buns, split
* 8 cooked bacon strips

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juices run clear. Top with cheese. Grill 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns with bacon and toppings of your choice.

* 1/2 C. mayonnaise

Directions

Place 2 rolls in a food processor; process until crumbly. Transfer to a large bowl; add the salt, pepper and 6 tsp. chipotle peppers. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 patties.

Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

* 3/4 C. honey mustard
* 3/4 C. teriyaki marinade
* 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 green onion, chopped

Directions

In a small bowl, combine mustard and teriyaki marinade; pour 1 cup into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the pork and garlic; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill, covered, over indirect medium-hot heat from 25-30 minutes or until 160 degrees, basting with reserved marinade and turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with onion.

* 6 oz. rice noodles

Directions

Cook noodles according to package and drain.  Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic until combined.  Pour dressing onto cooked noodles and toss well, then add carrots and mushrooms.
